All operations, consumer protections, and delivery terms detailed below are structured to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines.

1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your parcels arrive safely at your doorstep. We offer two clear shipping options tailored to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Free)

    • Cost: Free for all orders across Australia.

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Paid)

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your exact location.

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days.

Please note: "Business days" include Monday through Friday, excluding Australian national and regional public holidays.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day will commence processing on the same day.

  • Handling Time: Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major promotional events, handling times may extend slightly.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your package is dispatched, a tracking notification email will be sent immediately to help@genspitch.store (or the alternative email address provided at checkout). This email will contain your unique tracking link, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery in real-time.

3. Transit Conditions & Delayed Parcels

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, external factors such as severe weather events, transport disruptions, or high courier volumes can occasionally cause transit delays.

If your order is experiencing unexpected delays or has extended beyond the estimated 12 business days for Standard shipping, please contact our support team at help@genspitch.store. We will launch an immediate inquiry with the freight carrier on your behalf.

4. Lost Parcels & Damaged Shipments

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Genspitch retains full responsibility for the safety of your goods during transit. A product is not considered legally delivered until it is safely in your physical possession or left securely at your designated premises in accordance with your delivery instructions.

  • Lost in Transit: If a carrier confirms that a package has been officially lost in transit prior to delivery, we will arrange for an exact replacement of the items to be dispatched immediately, or issue a full refund at your preference.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged or items inside are compromised, please document the packaging immediately. Take high-resolution photographs and videos of the damage and contact us at help@genspitch.store within 48 hours of delivery so we can rectify the issue under our consumer guarantee obligations.

5. Delivery Address Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct, complete shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • We cannot modify a shipping address once a parcel has been dispatched from our facility.

  • If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or a failure to collect the parcel from a local holding depot within the carrier's specified timeframe, the customer may incur a redelivery fee to have the package resent.
